My name is Shell Barnard and I am an experienced Web Designer & Graphic Illustrator/Artist. I provide fully functional eCommerce carts, message forums, photo galleries, topsites, blogs, standard websites and much more.

I create my own graphics with Adobe CS3 Design Suite Photoshop & Illustrator using my mouse and/or tablet. Any graphics not provided by myself are licensed images I have purchased full rights to or have purchased commercial use rights to.

All websites are one of a kind. I do not make any two sites the same. While the structure may be the same, the graphics will set it apart from the rest. Graphics are designed uniquely to the clients requests.
